Moulding

Jolt Squeeze Moulding Machine is available. Our mould box is 19" × 24" × 4/4" size (i.e. 482 × 610 × 100/100mm). In addition to this Hand Moulding facility is available for any dimension castings.

Sand / Core

We have 4 Nos. 400 Kgs capacity sand mixtures. We are working with GreenSand. Cold Box and CO2 core making and shell molding facility is also available.

Melting

We have got one HotBlast Cupola of 1.3 MT/Hour melt rate capacity & 2 Nos. Oil Fired Furnace of 300 Kgs capacity each.

Laboratory

Laboratory is equipped with modern chemical, metallurgical labs consisting CE meter, Carbon Sulphur Analyzer and other various equipments and Hardness testing machine.

Machining

Machine shop is also available with conventional machineries with dedicated work force for best results.

Pattern Shop

Maintenance and repairing of patterns, gates, runners and core boxes are done in house as well as when customers need to make small changes to existing parts the shop is able to perform necessary modifications in-house.
